HOW TO ORDER
- At the time of checkout please include any personalization requests in the note box on the cart screen. If you would like to include a graphic/logo, please read the details below and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are a repeat customer and don't need any revisions made, please just make a note to print your items the same as last time.
- Upon your purchase please email your logo and personalization requests to email@example.com. Attach a high resolution JPEG, SVG, EPS or PNG of your logo. Please ensure the photo is of high resolution/quality, minimum 300ppi, if the photo quality is low it will not print clearly. The larger the file the better! No PDF files please. I find pdf files never turn out as nicely for this purpose.
-By sending me the logo file, you agree that the logo belongs to you, you own all rights to this image, have valid rights to this image, or are otherwise authorized to use.
- I will print whatever you want on a sticker as long as you own the rights to it. This means NO Disney/Marvel/HP/ other copyrighted and trademarked graphics or phrases. If you want a religious, political or other hot button issue sticker printed I will leave my beliefs out of it, but again you MUST own the rights to the image/text. You want your logo printed? Awesome. Happy to do that. You want a sticker someone else designed printed? Nope, sorry, that's their baby, not mine (unless you receive explicit permission to have it printed elsewhere).
- Logo and graphic design services are not provided, however we are happy to provide several font options for text only items. The only exception is for custom designed scratch cards.
- Please see the page where we showcase popular fonts to find the perfect one for you. If your brand utilizes a specific font please let me know and I will do my best to incorporate it for you. If you do not see a font listed and would like to browse on your own for something that suits your style, I would happily use any free domain fonts available through google fonts, dafont, or fontquirrel. Just shoot me the link and I will do up your proof using the requested font.
- Be sure to include ALL details to be included in your design such as font choice and text/graphics to be printed. Failure to do so will result in extended processing times.
-NO PROOFS WILL BE PROVIDED BEFORE ITEMS HAVE BEEN PURCHASED.
-Once a proof is approved the items will be processed as proofed. Your items will NOT be printed until your proof is approved.
- A digital proof will be provided via email for custom orders after purchase has been made. Up to 3 minor revisions are included in the purchase of your items. Any additional revisions will be subject to an additional fee. Once your proof has been approved by you the items will be processed as proofed.
-Orders will ship approximately 5-7 business days after proof has been confirmed on custom designs. Additional time may be required on larger orders or during peak order times.
