Digital Use Only Licensing Agreement
This license grants the Client use of images, graphics, digital assets, or digital images created or taken by Three Oh Sticks for digital use only. This includes use on social media, websites, emails, newsletters, and other non-printed media.
This license does not permit images, graphics, digital assets, or digital images created or taken by Three Oh Sticks to be printed by any printer other than Three Oh Sticks.
Choose Digital only if you don't intend on having anyone besides Three Oh Sticks print your goods but you'd like to use the pics on your insta/fb pages.
Full Release Licensing Agreement
This license grants the Client use of images, graphics, digital assets, or digital images created or taken by Three Oh Sticks for any means both printed and digital . This includes use on social media, websites, emails, newsletters, and other non-printed media, but also permits you to have these images sent to a printer other than Three Oh Sticks for things like posters, tshirts, embroidery, signage, or other physical goods.
Choose Full Release if you want to be able to do whatever you would like with your images once they have been sent to you.
Upon purchase of the desired licensing agreement you will be emailed a personalized .pdf of the complete terms of the agreement along with your digital assets within 5 business days.
